Norbert Steam Cylinder Oil HS 1500 semi-synthetic cylinder oil contains no additional additives. Due to the high quality synthetic base mineral oil used, this oil has the following properties:

Applications
Norbert Steam Cylinder Oil HS 1500 semi-synthetic cylinder oil is used to lubricate cylinders and valves in steam engines under superheated saturated steam. In addition to steam cylinder applications, this oil can be used to lubricate some vacuum pumps with high operating temperatures and some low speed gears.
