Norbert Mould Oil TWD Plus concrete mould oil is used in the construction of a wide range of houses, buildings, subways and bridges. This mold oil is developed using high quality refined base oils and suitable solvents, and contains non-toxic surface active and anti-corrosion compounds. This mold oil mixes with the exuded water in the concrete to achieve a low interfacial surface tension, giving the concrete a smooth surface finish. Proper use of this mold oil achieves the following properties:
Easy removal of concrete from the mold without damage to the concrete
Good rust protection for steel molds under normal conditions
Good release properties
Keeps concrete dust free
Effectively prevents potholes from forming on concrete surfaces
Can be used with wallpaper, tiles, etc.
Applications
Norbert Mould Oil TWD Plus Concrete Mould Oil is suitable for both steel and coated wooden moulds and should be applied in thin layers by spraying, wiping or brushing. For coated wood molds: 1 liter of this oil can be applied to an area of 30-40 m²; for steel molds: 1 liter of this oil can be applied to an area of 40-50 m². If too much oil is used, the spill must be removed when finished, otherwise oil stains may form on the concrete. This oil can also be used to make concrete in hot molds.
