Norbert HEL 46-450 is a black hot spiral paste for high alloy steels that contains a combination of fully synthetic polyalkylene glycol and ester base oils and inorganic solid lubricants, a combination of oils and inorganic solid lubricants.
Norbert HEL 46-450 is applicable in the temperature range between -40°C and 1000°C. In the normal temperature range (i.e. below 200°C) it exhibits good pressure resistance, in the normal temperature range (i.e. below 200°C) it shows good corrosion resistance and good water resistance, and above 200°C it can be used as a dry lubricant.
Product Application
Screw paste for conventional steel and high alloy steel (chrome-nickel steel) up to 1000°C.
Lubrication and assembly paste up to 1000°C for hot air duct connections (e.g. automotive exhaust systems), for connections in turbochargers and compressors, connections in turbochargers and compressors.

Before using Norbert HEL 46-450, the contact surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned and degreased.

Norbert HEL 46-450 spreads easily over the entire surface, thus avoiding over-lubrication and therefore preventing over-lubrication. Close the container immediately after use to prevent contamination.
