NORBERT PHB 800 Boron Nitride High Temperature Grease is a white, high temperature grease made from submicron boron nitride solid lubricant thickened with high phenyl silicone oil and refined with active molybdenum, antioxidant and anti-corrosion additives. This ultra-high temperature grease is designed for lubrication of friction parts and sliding bearings operating under extreme high temperature and high load conditions to provide maximum anti-wear and anti-corrosion protection.
NORBERT PHB 800 Applicable temperature range: -40 to +800°C, with a maximum intermittent temperature resistance of 900°C.
Recommended Applications:
NORBERT PHB 800 is suitable for lubrication of high temperature or high load, low speed sliding parts, such as high temperature bearings, bushings, bolts, fasteners, joints and sliding surfaces, especially suitable for easy sintering parts such as line position, buckle position, ejector pin, bevel top and edge of injection molding machine;
NORBERT PHB 800 is suitable for lubrication of high temperature bearings and sliding parts of heating furnace, flame cutting machine, drying oven, boiler, etc. under high temperature. Suitable for anti-wear lubrication when assembling various bolts and buckles to prevent high temperature adhesion and sintering.
