NORBERT NBU 15 is a high-speed bearing grease with excellent load resistance.
The product is thickened with a complex barium soap base and a special base oil with a special fusion of ester oil, synthetic oil and mineral oil, which gives the product extremely effective anti-corrosion and anti-wear properties. At the same time, the product has excellent water resistance, media resistance and oxidation resistance.
Product Application
NORBERT NBU 15 is mainly used in high speed spindle bearings and high speed plain bearings, such as machine tool spindles and related parts in textile machinery. Other applications such as: spiral shafts, ball screws and other bearings in high load driving devices; and can be used as wire bearings and long life grease in precision equipment; the product can also be used for lubrication of gear teeth in precision equipment (such as: milling machines, electric valve brakes and other equipment in the helical gears, etc.).
Notes for use
NORBERT NBU 15 can be applied by brushing, scrapers, grease guns, or grease cartridges and other greasing equipment. Since different elastomers and plastic materials have different structural compositions, we recommend verifying and confirming the compatibility of the product with the elastomer and plastic materials used before formally using the product.
