Product Advantages
High quality semi-synthetic emulsified cutting oil suitable for a wide range of metalworking applications. The following properties are obtained when mixed with water at the proper ratio:
- Extremely stable odorless emulsions
- Good corrosion resistance of workpieces and machinery
- Excellent surface finish
- Free of chlorine, secondary amines, phenolic compounds and nitrites
Applications
This cutting oil can be used for machining or grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals (especially aluminum) and has a wide range of applications. This product provides excellent tool operating time. This coolant can also be mixed with associated hard water.
Note: Optimal emulsification operation is achieved by slowly pouring this oil into water, preferably of potable water quality, while mixing thoroughly or using automatic mixing equipment for mixing.
Storage: Emulsion should be stored in a closed package at room temperature not less than 0 °C. This emulsion can be stored for up to 9 months.
Mixing Ratios: The following mixing ratios are recommended depending on the hardness of the water and the mechanical process being applied:
Normal machining with an oil to water ratio of 1:19 - 1:24
Heavy duty machining with an oil to water ratio of 1:12 - 1:19
Grinding with an oil to water ratio of 1:24 - 1:32
