Product Advantages
A water soluble lubricant refined with high quality base oils and a variety of additives for general metalworking applications. The following properties are obtained when mixed with water:

- Good corrosion resistance of workpieces and machinery
- Excellent surface finish
- No damage to skin
Applications
This cutting oil is suitable for the machining of steel and non-ferrous metals (especially aluminum) with high tensile strength.
Note: Pour this oil slowly into water, preferably of potable water quality, while mixing thoroughly or using automatic mixing equipment.
Storage: Emulsions should be stored indoors at a temperature of not less than 0 °C. This emulsion can be stored for up to 9 months.
Mixing recommendations: 1:9 to 1:19 ratio of cutting oil to water for cutting steel and non-ferrous metals; 1:19 ratio of oil to water for cutting high alloy steel.
